WH-347 Certified Payroll Generator
Stop hand-typing Davis-Bacon payroll forms. Generate the DOL Form WH-347 for every project, every week, directly from your Sage 100 Contractor data — in seconds, not hours.
Every federal prevailing-wage contract requires a signed WH-347 within 7 days of each week-end. Miss the deadline, get a rejection, or send a form with the wrong wage determination — and you risk withheld progress payments, contract suspension, or debarment.
Sage 100 Contractor's built-in 5-1-11 report shrinks every column to 6–7pt to fit one page. Auditors reject the printouts. Payroll re-types the form in Excel, hand-writes wage determinations, and chases signatures. That's 2–4 hours of skilled payroll labor per project, per week.
What This Saves You
- ✗ Run Sage 5-1-11, fight the 6pt font
- ✗ Re-key worker hours into Excel
- ✗ Hand-write wage determination #s
- ✗ Split deductions by hand (FICA vs tax vs other)
- ✗ Print, sign, re-scan, email
- ✗ 2–4 hrs / project / week
- ✓ One click: pick project + week-ending
- ✓ Worker hours pulled live from Sage
- ✓ Pre-filled DOL Jan 2025 layout, 8–9pt readable
- ✓ Deductions auto-split (FICA / withholding / other)
- ✓ Type signature in browser, print to PDF
- ✓ Under 5 minutes / project / week
How It Works
- Pick a project and week-ending date. The generator queries Sage 100 Contractor (via your DataXcel data warehouse) for that project's timecards, employees, payroll records, and calculations.
- The form auto-populates with project name & number, location, every worker's name / classification / pay rate, daily ST and OT hours (Sun–Sat), gross-on-project, gross-all-work, FICA, federal/state/local withholdings, other deductions, and net pay.
- Edit the manual-only fields in your browser — certified payroll number, wage determination number, fringe benefit credit / cash-in-lieu, apprenticeship details, certifying official name & signature. These are real HTML inputs that disappear into clean printed text via print-CSS.
- Print to PDF at landscape letter. Email or upload to the contracting agency. The form is uploaded to your private S3 bucket with a 30-day presigned link for record-keeping.
DOL-Compliant Layout
Mirrors the revised January 2025 DOL form (OMB 1235-0008, expires 01/31/2028) exactly:
- Cream / orange header bands and two-row column-number / column-title header
- Auto pay-type bucketing: Regular → ST, Overtime & Premium → OT
- (J)/(RA) column for journeyman vs registered-apprentice
- Split 7A "Gross Amount Earned" / 7B "Gross Amount Earned All Work"
- Fringe-benefit subgrid on page 2
- Verbatim statement-of-compliance certification list
- Editable certifying-official signature block (name, title, date, phone, email)
